1. Inspection: connect all parts of the spray gun, tighten the gas pipe clamp, (or tighten with iron wire), connect the liquefied gas connector, close the spray gun switch, loosen the valve of liquefied gas cylinder, and check whether there is air leakage in each part.
2. Ignition: slightly release the spray gun switch and ignite directly at the nozzle. Adjust the torch switch to reach the required temperature.
3. Close: first close the valve of the liquefied gas cylinder, and then turn off the switch after the fire is turned off. No residual gas is left in the pipe. Hang the spray gun and the gas pipe and put it in a dry place.
4. Check all parts regularly, keep them sealed and do not touch oil
5. If the gas pipe is found to be scalded, aged and worn, it should be replaced in time
6. Keep 2 meters away from the liquefied gas cylinder when using
7. Do not use inferior gas. If the air hole is blocked, loosen the nut in front of the switch or between the nozzle and the air duct.
8. If there is leakage of liquefied petroleum gas in the room, ventilation must be strengthened until the cause is found out
9. Keep the cylinder away from the heat source. In the safe use of the cylinder, do not put the cylinder in the place with too high temperature, do not put the cylinder close to the open fire, nor pour the cylinder with boiling water or bake the cylinder with open fire.
10. The cylinder must be used upright, and it is forbidden to use it horizontally or upside down.
11. It is strictly forbidden to pour the residual liquid randomly, otherwise it will cause combustion or explosion in case of open fire.
12. It is strictly forbidden to dismantle and repair the cylinder and its accessories without authorization.
